2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal as our sole payment method. PayPal allows you to pay securely using your balance, bank account, or credit/debit card.

3. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

  • Processing Time: 7-9 business days.
  • Shipping Time: 7-15 business days, depending on your location (Vietnam or the United States).

Please note that holidays or unexpected circumstances may slightly delay shipping.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Use the link to monitor your package in real-time. If you encounter any issues, contact us at contact@4beezee.com for assistance.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can request a cancellation or modification within 6 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order will be processed, and changes cannot be made. Refer to our Cancellation and Modification Policy for more details.

6. What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your product, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.

7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please:

  1. Take a photo of the product.
  2. Email us at contact@4beezee.com with your order ID and photo.

We will process a replacement or full refund for you as soon as possible.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to Vietnam and the United States.

9. Are there any additional fees (e.g., customs, taxes)?

NO CUSTOMS OR DUTY FEES! We pay these fees so you don’t have to! The total billed at checkout is the final amount you pay, inclusive of VAT, with no additional charges at the time of delivery!

Yes, but you must contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. After this period, the shipping address cannot be changed as the order will already be in processing.

14. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

At the moment, we do not provide gift wrapping services. However, all items are packaged securely to ensure safe delivery.
