3. RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Order ID.

  • Photos of the product (if the product is defective or incorrect).

  • Reason for the return or exchange.

  • If requesting an exchange or replacement, specify the desired product.

Step 2: Request Confirmation

  • Our customer service team will review and respond within 2-3 business days.

  • If approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

Step 3: Return the Product

  • Send the product back to the return address provided.

  • Return shipping costs:

    • 100% free return shipping for all return or exchange requests.

4. REFUND POLICY

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund within 7-10 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, or other payment methods).

  • If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, we will notify you, and the refund cannot be processed.

5. EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT POLICY

If you would like to exchange or replace a product, we will:

  • Send a replacement product as per your request.

  • Provide free shipping for exchanges or replacements.

6. POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will:

  • Send a replacement product or

  • Issue a full refund

  • Cover all return shipping costs in this case.
